Erik Woolgar Director

Erik has a solid grounding in sourcing growth company finance, with specific focus and increasing knowledge in the junior natural resources arena. Prior to joining Ragnar, Erik built up valuable experience and contacts across a number of City environments including city stockbroker, Hichens Harrison and investor relations house, St Brides Media and Finance. He holds qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (Financial Planning), the Securities and Investment Institute (Corporate Finance and Securities and Financial Derivatives), and is currently studying for the second part of the UK Society of Investment Professionals, Investment Management Certificate.

Hugo de Salis Director

Hugo left Manchester University in 1993 with a degree in History, after which he joined Schroderís and then J P Morgan where he worked in Japanese equities investment management. In September 2001 Hugo co-founded St Brides Media & Finance an Investor and Public Relations Company and in 2009 co-founded Ragnar Capital Ltd He has an in depth knowledge of the growth company arena, particularly in the resource sector, a strong investment background and an extensive contact base. Qualifications achieved include the Investment Management Certificate, SFA Registered Representative, and Series 3 Financial Derivate examinations.

Charlie Wood Director

Charlie holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a post graduate degree in Corporate Finance and is a fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia. He has 10 years experience working in corporate positions in agribusiness, mining and corporate finance. He has worked in numerous jurisdictions in Africa, South America and Australia and has extensive experience in independent expertÌs reports, due diligence, capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. Charlie is also a director of AIM quoted, Ortac Resources Plc.

Lincoln Moore Director

Lincoln is a Chartered Accountant, holds a BA degree in Commerce and is a member of the Securities Institute of Australia. Previously employed by Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Senior Manager, Lincoln specialised in corporate finance transaction services and debt advisory, primarily working for UK clearing banks and private equity houses. He has recently been involved as a key corporate advisor in a number of resource sector transactions including AIM listings and private equity capital raisings.
